Robinson (knee) was placed on injured reserve Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Robinson's placement on injured reserve isn't a total surprise after it was previously reported the starting left tackle would miss 3-to-6 weeks with a knee injury. With his move to IR, he'll now be guaranteed to miss at least four games and possibly return at the later end of his estimated timeline. The Alabama product could come back before the season ends -- or at least by the postseason -- but in the meantime, Walker Little will take over at left tackle.

Jaguars' Cam Robinson: Will miss time
Robinson is expected to miss 3-to-6 weeks after suffering a knee injury in Sunday's win over the Texans, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Robinson underwent tests on his knee earlier Monday, and although no diagnosis has been reported, the evaluation revealed something that prompted the multi-week recovery timeline for the Alabama product. It's possible a trip to IR could be in his future, although with the low end of the range being three weeks, the Jaguars may choose to keep Robinson on the active roster just in case he makes a quick recovery. Either way, the 28-year-old has a chance to return in time for the playoffs, and Walker Little is expected to step in at left tackle in the interim.

Jaguars' Cam Robinson: Undergoing tests
Robinson will have tests done on his right knee after he injured it in Sunday's win over the Texans, according to head coach Doug Pederson, John Shipley of SI.com reports.
Robinson was unable to return to the game after suffering the injury, and it's currently unclear if he's in danger of missing any time, although the tests should provide some clarity in that regard. The team will return to the practice field Thursday, and his participation level that day should also offer more insight on his potential availability for a Week 13 matchup with the Bengals.

Robinson was forced out with an elbow injury during the second half of Sunday's win against the Bills, but the injury was not believed to be serious enough to cause him to miss time moving forward. The 28-year-old's ability to participate in full Wednesday should confirm that he'll be good to go for the Week 6 contest versus Indianapolis.

Robinson was suspended four games for violating the NFL's policy against performance-enhancing drugs. He sat out for the final five games -- including the Jaguars' two playoff games -- last season while dealing with a knee injury. Robinson started at left tackle last season and could reclaim that role from Walker Little.

Jaguars' Cam Robinson: Suspended four games for PEDs
Robinson was suspended four games Thursday for violating the league's policy against performance-enhancing drugs, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Robinson had been rumored to be staring down a suspension dating back to April, and it's now official. The four-game ban will have Robinson miss games against the Colts, Chiefs, Falcons and Texans to open the year. He'll be eligible to return for the Week 5 date with the Bills in London. First-round rookie Anton Harrison is the favorite to open the season as Jacksonville's starting left tackle with Robinson sidelined.
