In his ODI career, Haris Rauf has made a notable impact, obtaining 83 wickets in just 46 matches. His performance in T20 internationals is equally impressive, with 110 wickets in 79 games. Earlier concerns about his fitness were raised by Mohammad Amir, who suggested that Rauf might face a lengthy recovery if he had a serious side strain. Amir noted, “If it is a grade one or two side strain, no matter what, it will take six weeks, and then the rehab starts.”

Pakistan’s schedule includes a match against arch-rivals India on February 23 and a final group stage game against Bangladesh on February 27, both part of Group A alongside New Zealand.
