Jordan International Food Exhibition Set to Launch Next Monday

The 8th Jordan International Food Exhibition will commence next Monday at the Amman International Motor Show, spanning 7,000 square meters. Organized by IPCO, it features over 100 companies, including 80 from Jordan and several from surrounding countries. The five-day event will include live cooking shows and promotions to highlight local and international food products.

The 8th Jordan International Food Exhibition, known as “Jordan Food,” will commence next Monday at the Amman International Motor Show. This significant event aims to showcase local and international food manufacturers and spans over 7,000 square meters. Organized by the International Promoters Company (IPCO), it reflects a theme of collaboration and innovation in the food sector.

According to Raed Abu Saadeh, General Manager of IPCO, the exhibition will run for five days and feature more than 100 participating companies. Notably, 80 of these companies are from Jordan, while others are from Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, Turkey, and Lebanon. This diverse representation underscores the region’s culinary richness and industrial variety.

Attendees can expect a dynamic range of activities at the exhibition, including live cooking demonstrations from esteemed Jordanian and Arab chefs. Additionally, special promotions on various food products will be available, enhancing visitor engagement and experience. The goal of the exhibition is to boost local industry visibility and celebrate Jordanian food culture alongside international offerings.

Abu Saadeh emphasized the event’s importance in promoting local industry participation. He stated that “Jordan Food” provides a vital platform for visitors to appreciate both the quality and diversity of Jordanian culinary products as well as international imports. This approach not only supports local producers but also enriches the cultural tapestry of the food industry in Jordan.
