His arrest was carried out by DPS Special Agents affiliated with the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) Center in San Antonio.
Mfor’s criminal history includes previous arrests by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for alien inadmissibility in California in 2019 and again in San Antonio in May 2023 for lacking an immigration visa.
