In Minna, Niger State, a man suspected of being mentally unstable fatally stabbed a 25-year-old named Shamseen Danshehu. The incident occurred in the Kwangila area and created panic among local residents, many of whom were fasting at the time. Witnesses reported that the assailant, known as Mubarak, attacked Danshehu during a dispute, stabbing him in the chest.

Superintendent of Police Wasiu Abiodun, the Public Relations Officer for the Niger State Police Command, confirmed the incident and stated that Mubarak has been apprehended for further interrogation regarding the stabbing.
