Kollie, died following an appendectomy performed by Wolobah, who claimed to be a medical doctor without valid credentials.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Sam Wolobah, also an Operation Room Technician, performed surgery without proper medical qualifications. This act is in violation of the Liberian Penal Code, specifically Section 12.35, which criminalizes impersonating a public official with deceitful intent. Wolobah is currently under police custody for further interrogation.
