Authorities managed to locate Kuria by monitoring intercepted communications with other suspects already detained. “We were monitoring his communications and knew he was trying to leave the country,” stated a source close to the investigation. Kuria was arrested at a lodging site in Isebania, and another person was also taken into custody at the same time. Both suspects have since been moved to Nairobi and are set to appear at JKIA Law Courts soon.
