In January 2025, VinFast delivered more than 10,000 electric vehicles, led by the VF 3 and VF 5 models. The company, part of Vingroup, anticipates a breakthrough year with new model launches and aims to enhance its global presence in key markets.

VinFast, a Vietnamese automaker and part of Vingroup, reported impressive domestic sales in January 2025. The company delivered over 10,000 electric vehicles (EVs) during the month, maintaining a strong market presence from the previous year. The best-selling models were the compact VF 3, which sold over 4,000 units, and the VF 5, with sales reaching 3,300 units. Other models contributing to the total included the VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9.

Looking ahead, VinFast anticipates 2025 will be a transformative year, planning to unveil several new vehicle models in the coming months. Among the planned releases is a seven-seat multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) designed for personal use, along with various commercial vehicles. By the end of 2024, VinFast had become Vietnam’s leading automaker, with over 87,000 units sold domestically.

Moreover, VinFast is expanding its global footprint by launching new models in strategic markets, including the US, Europe, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and the Middle East. The company’s commitment to growth signifies its ambition to compete successfully on the international stage, enhancing its brand presence and recognition worldwide.

VinFast’s delivery of over 10,000 EVs in January demonstrates their significant growth in the automotive market, particularly in the electric vehicle sector.
