On Wednesday evening, Locale ThePinkBuilding showcased a five-course culinary experience named Isle Epicure, featuring the expertise of Chef Alexa Von Strolley from Tooksie Kay Catering. The intimate gathering allowed guests to savor innovative Jamaican flavors complemented by wines from Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited. Highlights included a charred sweet corn soup served in a coconut, alongside dishes like mojo-marinated short rib and miso-glazed sea bass, each creating a delightful tapestry of tastes.

Kerry-Ann Clarke from the Locale team emphasized their goal of fostering creativity, stating, “We like to curate and create events that celebrate creativity in every sense of the word.
